Registration

     To register as a student with the SCI Technology Institute, please:

• DOWNLOAD and print out the registration form.
• Click to VIEW student contract
• Click to VIEW student handbook
• Fill out the form completely and legibly.
• For Foreigners :
1. one (1) recent passport-size (3.5cm x 4.5cm) colour photographs of yourself;
2. a photocopy of your passport identity page containing your personal information, photograph, signature and the expiration date of your passport. If any of this information is on other pages, please photocopy them as well;
3. parents passport;
4. your birth certificate;
5. your education certification, results slip and parents' salary slip; and
6. parents' bank book.

     Once we have received and processed your application, we will mail a printed confirmation and other instructions and information to you within five working days. If for any reason we are unable to process your registration, we will contact you using the information you provided on your registration form.
